After two decades leading marketing teams for global brands, I realized my deepest fulfillment came not from launching campaigns – but from developing people.
As a CMO, the moments that mattered most weren’t tied to metrics or market share. They were the moments when someone on my team found their voice, stepped into leadership, or began to believe in themselves again.
When my own life shifted – career transition, divorce, and an empty nest – I was forced to pause and listen inward. That pause became a turning point. It reminded me that clarity isn’t just about business – it’s about knowing who you are and what truly matters.
That’s what led me here – to combine decades of brand leadership with my passion for helping women find the same clarity, courage, and confidence I had to rediscover in myself.
I founded Teresa Low Consulting to help women rise – confidently, unapologetically, and on their own terms.
